About Me!
🦇Hia! I'm Lilith!
🦇 I've adored all things gothic and spooky since I was a child, and love creating, whether that be art, fashion design, photography, or wacky haircuts! 🦇 I'm diagnosed with autism and ADHD, which inspired our spooky stim gear line! Throughout my struggles with severe anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar 1, I became passionate about doing the best I can to spread kindness and positivity in this world. 🦇I love hippos (You will very likely see Hillary, my childhood stuffed hippopotamus, pop up in videos! She basically works here too, lol.), have coined myself as a deathrocker/goth for about a decade, and probably drink too many energy drinks. (Caffeine fiends unite!)
I am all about alternative fashion and fidgets! 🦇 I want you to be able to experience the same kind of love that I hold for the alternative scene, through the accessible fidgets, accessories, and clothes available at Borderlinepunkdesign. Everybody deserves to have a space in the alternative community, including (but of course, not limited to) us neurodivergents!
BLPD is run primarily by me, with the help of my second in command, Miranda! (Miranda is amazing, and too talented for this world. WE LOVE HER!) Never hesitate to reach out, I am here to help and support you if you have questions or concerns. Take care, and please be kind to yourself🖤

Customer Info
Frequently asked Questions!
🦇What is the best way to contact you? (For general questions, order mishaps, RTS packages) My email! Lilithjasper@borderlinepunkdesign.com. Comments can get buried in my notifications, and it can be hard to check every DM that I get. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can! 🖤 🦇When do you check your email? I tend to check my emails on business days (Mondays-Fridays) as frequently as I can! 🦇When do you restock? Fridays, at around 6 pm! (EST). It is usually announced on my story and email list (join here: https://borderlinepunkdesign.myflodesk.com/borderlinepunkdesignsignup )! Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States.
🦇When will I get my order? My processing time is 1-7 business days, depending on the volume of orders, which means I will have it packed and out to USPS 1-5 business days from your order placement date. (The only exception to this is for preorders, customs, or the event that I am sick or something and need to take time off.) For example, an order placed on Friday night would be processed on Monday at the earliest of that next week, and at the latest, it would be packed by that next Friday. :D I will always try to get your package out swiftly and smoothly, with a touch of spooky care, of course! 🦇Why does my label say shipped with no updates? So basically, when I print my shipping labels, my system automatically marks them as shipped for y’all, even if I haven’t packed them yet. Usually, they are packed that same day that they are printed, but on occasion, it might take me some extra time to get to them. I recommend checking the tracking code for a few days if this is the case on your order, but please don’t hesitate to send me an email if you have questions. I’m always happy to help and let you know what’s happening!
🖤 Chewelry safety info 🖤
🦇Our chewelry (referring to all of our different chews) is designed for oral sensory support using 100% food grade silicone beads. Safety is always our top priority, and it’s important to understand how to use chewelry responsibly. Hopefully these details will help!
🦇We do not recommend our chews for individuals who may not be able to recognize or respond to potential safety risks, such as choking hazards, wear and tear, or when chewlery becomes dirty and needs to be cleaned. We also do not recommend these for teething babies or children.
🦇Chewelry should always be inspected regularly for any signs of damage, such as tearing, cracking, or thinning. If damage is noticed, the item should be replaced immediately to prevent choking or injury. It’s also a good idea to monitor for signs of overuse and to rotate chew tools when possible. (All chewelry will naturally break down over time with regular use. Chewing creates repeated pressure and friction, which gradually wears down even the most durable materials - this is completely normal and just means the chewelry is doing its job.)
🦇How long a piece lasts depends entirely on the individual chewer - we’ve had customers whose chewelry lasts for years, and others who may go through one in just a few days. Frequency, biting strength, and softness/hardness of the chew can play a roll in this. Switching the type of chew or hardness can help people who chew more aggressively.
🦇Chewelry needs to be cleaned regularly. Washing with soap and warm water is the simplest way to do this.
🦇When used correctly, chewelry is generally safe to use and can be a helpful tool for self-regulation and sensory support. Everyone has different chewing patterns and needs, and it’s important to listen to your body. If you have braces/retainers or unique tooth concerns, we recommend consulting your orthodontist or dentist before starting to use chewelry. We recommend avoiding forceful biting, especially to the point where your teeth press hard against each other or through the material and keeping use moderation in mind - this helps protect your teeth/jaw and prolong the life of your chewelry.
🦇If you’re ever unsure about what’s best for your dental health or sensory needs, please talk to a doctor, dentist/orthodontist, or occupational therapist to provide you with personalized guidance to help you use chewelry safely and effectively.
🦇Chewelry is a great resource for many people and has improved many people’s quality of life, and as with any sensory tool, use should be based on individual needs and supervision levels, and we encourage mindful, responsible use that fits your situation best. We recommend washing your chew after each use. Thank you all! Have a wonderful day!
