Returns will not be granted for minor imperfections as each item is handmade, not machine made. We aim to create authentic alternative clothes that look great with a homemade touch to add to the style.

We cannot refund lost orders as this is an issue with USPS, not us. Please contact USPS in the case of lost packages.
